Every technician in the Go Assist network is background-checked, fully licensed in their state, and required to carry valid liability insurance. We do not use unlicensed contractors or subcontract to unvetted third parties. When you book with Go Assist, you know exactly who is coming to your home and what the job will cost before any work begins.
Transparency in pricing is a founding principle. We provide upfront, fixed-price quotes — no diagnostic fees that escalate, no surprise charges after the job. Repairs start from $89. Members save $50 on every visit with our annual membership, which costs $99 and pays for itself on the first repair.
